Here at Wild Swan we have enhanced the techniques and styles to bring you a variety of products that we are sure will bring a smile to the most discerning drinker. Wild Swan Pure Vodka - this superior quality vodka is distilled numerous times and undergoes a charcoal chill filtration to remove any last impurities to leave a crisp, fresh, clean beverage. Made from locally sourced ingredients, the vodka does not require any aging and thus can be supplied directly to you once it has been bottled. We will also have a variety of flavoured vodkas for those that prefer that little bit extra in their drink. Stay tuned for more. NEW!!!! Wild Swan Vanilla Vodka - taking the Wild Swan Pure Vodka and the finest vanilla beans available the two are infused so that the smooth flavours of the vanilla bean are extracted into the vodka. Leaving the vanilla pod in the bottle so that you can not only taste the flavour but see it as well, the end result is a vodka like no other. COMING SOON! Wild Swan Gin - taking a recipe that has been used for decades and giving it a slight tweak by including some locally sourced botanicals, this gin will provide gin lovers an amazing drinking experience. And for those that do not drink gin if they are to try this then it will surely be added to their list of must have spirits. Keep an eye out for this one in the coming months. COMING NOT SO SOON!! Wild Swan Whisky - Australian made whisky coming from the finest grains and the freshest water available. It is with these ingredients that the master distiller is able to manufacture a smooth, rich tasting whisky. We will have a blended whisky, and for those that enjoy the more traditional style of Scotch whisky then our single malt whisky will be sure to please the toughest of whisky critics. However, due to the requirements that it be matured in barrels for a minimum of two years this whisky will not be available until at least 2008!!
